I know my station timesOptional. Each one you add tightens the range and gets compared with the field.
Times as MM:SS. Sled, carry and lunge times count once their weight is in too, and wall balls once you add your unbroken reps.

How the calculator works
This free HYROX calculator estimates your finish time from a single input: your recent 5K. Enter it with your division and the HYROX time calculator returns a projected finish, your percentile against real race data, and a station-by-station split showing where your time actually goes.
Unlike a generic pace chart, this HYROX time predictor models fatigue across all 16 race segments — eight 1 km runs and eight stations — because your wall ball pace after 8 km of running is not your wall ball pace fresh. Add your station benchmarks for a sharper estimate. No account, no email, no cost.
HYROX finish time calculator — FAQ
How do you predict a HYROX finish time?
A real HYROX prediction doesn't just add up best-case station times — it models how fatigue accumulates across all 16 segments (8 runs + 8 stations, in race order). This calculator takes your 5K run time and division, applies the same fatigue-aware engine the FORMD app uses (calibrated against real cohort race data), and returns a projected finish time, your percentile against the field, and the stations most likely to cost you time.
How accurate is the HYROX finish time calculator?
It's an estimate, and its accuracy scales with what you give it. From just a 5K time and division it produces a solid ballpark; add your station benchmarks and it tightens considerably. In the FORMD app, athletes who log benchmark and training data typically finish within 2–5 minutes of their projected time on race day, because the prediction keeps recalibrating as the data comes in.
What do I need to use the calculator?
At minimum, your recent 5K run time and your division (Open or Pro, singles or doubles). That alone returns a projected finish and percentile. For a sharper prediction, add your station benchmarks — how long your sled push, wall balls, row, and the rest take — and the estimate accounts for your specific strengths and weak stations instead of population averages.
Can I estimate my HYROX finish time without having raced before?
Yes. You don't need a prior HYROX result — a recent 5K time is enough to get a projection, which is exactly what most first-timers use it for. The calculator maps your running fitness and division onto real cohort data to estimate where you'd land, then shows which stations are most likely to be your limiters so you know what to train first.
Is the HYROX finish time calculator free?
Yes — this calculator is completely free to use, no account required. It runs the same prediction engine as the FORMD app. The app adds the parts a one-time calculator can't: a projected time that updates as you train, full weakest-station analysis, and a daily training plan built backward from your race date.
