The HYROX Sports Science Advisory Council (SSAC) is a distinguished panel of academic experts dedicated to advancing evidence-based research in the sport of fitness racing. Chaired by Ralf Iwan, Global Head of HYROX 365 Academy, the council draws from researchers across exercise physiology, biomechanics, psychology, nutrition, and sports medicine.
